What You Will Do

• "Market Research & Strategy" – Conduct analyses on "new technologies"(including "energy storage", "hydrogen", "offshore wind", "nuclear power", "carbon capture" and many other disruptive technologies that will shape tomorrow’s energy landscape., trends, and markets to prepare strategic roadmaps.
• Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with engineering, "finance", "legal", and "business units to align new technology projects".
• "Business Development" – Support the creation of "new business areas" in the energy sector and explore "potential opportunities".
• Project Development – Contribute to the planning and execution of pilot projects in "emerging renewable technologies".
• Collaboration – Actively engage in teamwork, contributing ideas and solutions to move projects forward.

What We Expect

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years in business development, preferably in renewable energy and/or new technologies.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, hydrogen, energy storage).
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent coordination skills.
• Personality: A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed.
