We are looking for a dynamic, versatile, and strategic thinker to join our team and help us build the energy systems of tomorrow.

What You Will Do

• Market Research & Strategy – Conduct analyses on new technologies, trends, and markets to prepare strategic roadmaps.
• Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and business units to align new technology projects.
• Business Development – Support the creation of new business areas in the energy sector and explore potential opportunities.
• Project Development – Contribute to the planning and execution of pilot projects in emerging renewable technologies.
• Collaboration – Actively engage in teamwork, contributing ideas and solutions to move projects forward.

What We Expect

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years in business development, preferably in renewable energy and/or new technologies.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, hydrogen, energy storage).
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent coordination skills.
• Personality: A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed.
