We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer who can identify high-value opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients. If you understand how to navigate Upwork, qualify prospects, and articulate value with clarity, this role offers room to excel.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full bidding and lead-generation cycle across Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify the right projects, write persuasive proposals, and maintain a strong win-rate.
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline for our SaaS and product-focused services.
- Conduct discovery calls, gather requirements, and prepare customized solution pitches.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and aligned proposals.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure every lead moves through the funnel consistently.
- Monitor KPIs, including proposal response rate, deal closures, and revenue growth.
What We Expect
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Developer within IT or SaaS.
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong understanding of Upwork job selection strategies and client qualification.
- Confident negotiation skills for budgets, timelines, and project scope.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools for pipeline and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Nice To Have
- Experience pitching or selling SaaS, automation, or digital product services.
