We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer who can identify high-value opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients. If you understand how to navigate Upwork, qualify prospects, and articulate value with clarity, this role offers room to excel.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full bidding and lead-generation cycle across Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify the right projects, write persuasive proposals, and maintain a strong win-rate.
  • Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline for our SaaS and product-focused services.
  • Conduct discovery calls, gather requirements, and prepare customized solution pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and aligned proposals.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure every lead moves through the funnel consistently.
  • Monitor KPIs, including proposal response rate, deal closures, and revenue growth.

What We Expect

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Developer within IT or SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and proposal writing skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork job selection strategies and client qualification.
  • Confident negotiation skills for budgets, timelines, and project scope.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools for pipeline and performance tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice To Have

  • Experience pitching or selling SaaS, automation, or digital product services.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts and product development workflows.
  • Familiarity with outbound strategies, sales funnels, and structured follow-ups.
