Black Buck Designs is looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in Upwork and Freelancer sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of freelancing platforms, client acquisition, and revenue generation for design and digital services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer
- Write customized, high-converting proposals
- Communicate with potential clients and qualify leads
- Convert leads into long-term clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and followups
- Achieve monthly revenue and lead generation targets
- Stay updated with platform trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Upwork / Freelancer sales or business development
- Proven track record of closing deals on freelancing platforms
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Experience in selling design, creative, or digital services
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment

Shift Timings:
Monday to Friday
- Morning Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
