Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who can both drive revenue and build brand visibility. This is not a traditional sales role—you’ll also play a key part in shaping how Incorvia is perceived in the market through content and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, international founders)
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Conduct consultations and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate on sales strategies and revenue targets
Content & Brand Support
- Create simple, high-quality content (LinkedIn posts, short videos, carousels)
- Assist in communicating Incorvia’s services in a clear, premium way
- Work with the founder to translate ideas into engaging content
- Stay aligned with market trends and audience interests
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in business development, sales, or consulting (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable being on camera / creating content (basic level is fine)
- Understanding of UAE business setup/corporate services is a plus
- Self-driven, ambitious, and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
