This role demands boardroom-level engagement with architects, PMC firms, design-build contractors, and workplace heads at Fortune 500 companies.
Core Focus Areas
- New Logo Acquisition Focus on tech campuses, GCCs, co-working spaces, and premium real estate developers.
- Strategic Account Expansion Upsell and cross-sell planters, green walls, and AMC services.
- Ecosystem Partnerships Build a referral network with 15+ tier-1 architects and PMC firms.
- Predictable Pipeline & Deal Velocity Drive consistent opportunity flow with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Domination Strategy
- Execute regional GTM plans targeting high-margin, repeat-order clients.
2. Enterprise Hunting & Solution Selling
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery → consultation → proposal → C-suite negotiation → closure.
- Leverage CRM analytics to tailor proposals, maximize ASP, and drive profitability.
3. Key Account & Partner Ecosystem Management
- Act as executive sponsor for major accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams in design, operations, and installation.
- Forge formal partnerships with architects, PMCs, turnkey vendors, and facility managers to secure preferred-vendor status.
4. Pipeline Governance & Forecasting
- Conduct weekly funnel reviews with strong CRM discipline and next-step ownership.
- Provide board-level forecasts and win-loss analyses to guide strategy.
5. Leadership & Team Enablement
- Mentor junior BDEs and Sales Executives; implement scalable sales playbooks.
- Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns, pitch decks, and case studies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–10 years of B2B sales in architecture, interior fit-out, building materials, or design-build services
- Proven annual sales record of ₹25 Cr+ over 3 consecutive years
- Deep network across India’s top architects, PMCs, CRE heads, and workplace decision-makers
- Proficiency in CRM tools: Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to read BOQs and design presentations fluently
- Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering (MBA preferred)
