Business Development Supervisor

We are looking for a Business Development Supervisor.


The requirements for the successful candidate are:


  • University graduate and minimum 5 years of experience,
  • MBA degree would be an asset,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within business development, licensing and project management,
  • Experience in business development, licensing and project management,
  • Excellent command in English (second language would be an asset),
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Proficiency in Ms Office applications.


The key duties of the successful candidate are:


  • Establishing new strategic partnerships, turning existing partnerships into more profitable models,
  • Searches for new potential projects, coordinates the team work for the preparation of proposals and contract discussions until signoff,
  • Follows closely the trends and developments, regulations in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide and locally, and create new projects considering opportunities and threats in short/mid/long term,
  • Executes detailed market analysis and prepares business plans for the evaluation of new opportunities that are suitable with the company strategy,
  • Execute feasibility research and prepares forecasts and follows closely the marketing trends,
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; following professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations,
  • Represent the company at international fairs, seminars, and partnering events, when required.
