Business Development Support Executive (Fresher / Trainee / 0–1 Year Experience)

We are hiring recently graduated students, trainees, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to expand our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves contributing to business development initiatives in the IT sector, along with maintaining accurate records and managing essential data operations to support the team’s growth.

Experience:

• Fresher, Trainee, 1 Year

Responsibilities:

• Find and research new prospects online through various channels
• Assist in content writing, email drafting, and handling social media accounts
• Cold calling and emailing prospects to generate leads
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and the technical team
• Ensure regular follow-ups with existing clients and new prospects
• Understand and promote company services across different platforms
• Maintain and update databases, records, and reports to support sales activities
• Provide strategic inputs based on market trends and demands

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should have basic knowledge of technology, web and mobility domain
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
