Business Development Support Representative

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls using company-provided dialing data to identify potential clients • Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through effective communication • Identify key decision-makers and create opportunities from cold outreach • Schedule meetings for the senior sales/operations team • Maintain and update pipeline, call logs, and outcomes in CRM • Perform consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and drive conversions • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments • Deliver a clear and compelling introduction of company services

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
