Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Business Development (BD) night shift team
• Develop and execute strategies to generate international business opportunities
• Supervise lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion processes
• Ensure team meets monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to BD executives
• Handle key clients and close high-value deals when required
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for smooth operations
• Maintain CRM reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance dashboards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience in SaaS / IT / Travel industry preferred
• Ability to work in night shift environment
• Strong target achievement and decision-making ability
