AI Square is hiring for TEAM MANAGER

A Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that they work together towards achieving organizational goals. He has to ensure that the team is motivated and engaged while maintaining a high level of performance.

Responsibilities:

• o Lead and manage a team of employees
• o Set team goals and objectives that are aligned with the organization's goals
• o Ensure that team members are collaborating and communicating effectively
• o Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

• o Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• o Proven experience as a Team Manager or in a similar leadership role
• o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• o A strong understanding of organizational dynamics
• o Ability to motivate and engage team members
• o An innovative and creative mindset
• o Problem-solving skills

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi

Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night)
