We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Business Developer specializing in Technical Closure. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client requirements and technical solutions, ensuring successful deal closures. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen, and strong client management skills to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the technical evaluation and closure process.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end technical closure process, ensuring timely and successful deal finalization.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and documentation for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and deal progress.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline, technical evaluations, and closure metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Pre-Sales.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
