A Business Development Tele Caller is responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Here are some key responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Introduce company products/services and generate interest

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams

- Build relationships with potential clients

- Follow up with leads and track progress

- Meet targets and goals for lead generation

- Provide feedback to management on customer interactions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time
