Business Development Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Trainee to join our Skills & Training Business Unit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with potential customers, converting marketing generated leads, and helping expand the training portfolio’s reach in the market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, conducting meetings, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in person meetings
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and referrals
• Identify customer training needs and position relevant training solutions accordingly
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings with clients and prospects
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Maintain and update lead and opportunity pipelines in CRM or tracking systems
• Support the creation and execution of sales plays and outreach strategies for the BU
• Build relationships with corporate clients, universities, and industry stakeholders
• Coordinate internally with marketing and technical teams to support business opportunities
• Attend events, seminars, and networking sessions to generate new business opportunities
• Contribute towards achieving business development and revenue targets for the BU

• Confident personality with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable conducting meetings and interacting with customers professionally
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
• Self motivated and target driven mindset
• Ability to build relationships and maintain client engagement
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business activities
• Basic understanding of sales, business development, or customer engagement concepts is a plus

Pay: Rs24,999.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rawalpindi
