Business Development / Upwork Bidder – High Ticket Leads Only

We are Deltacron, a software development agency that delivers SaaS, web/mobile apps, and digital products. We are hiring an experienced bidder/business developer to secure high-ticket projects from Upwork and similar platforms.

The Role

This role is more than just submitting proposals; here you’ll bid, engage clients in meaningful conversations, and schedule discovery calls with our Agency Lead (who will handle the sales calls).

Responsibilities

  • Identify & qualify clients/projects worth $6,000+ (fixed) or $40+/hour
  • Write tailored, persuasive proposals that convert to interviews & contracts
  • Represent yourself as part of Deltacron during client chats to build trust and credibility
  • Schedule discovery/intro calls with qualified clients (calls handled by our Closer)
  • Track proposal performance and continuously improve strategy

Requirements

  • Proven record of winning large Upwork contracts with Pakistani Profiles (must show evidence)
  • Excellent written English for crisp, professional client communication
  • Technically proficient with modern workplace tools (Google Sheets, Trello, Slack, etc.)
  • Understanding of software/tech agency services (SaaS, hybrid mobile apps, eCommerce, Full Stack, etc.)
  • Honest, transparent, and professional approach (no shadow profiles or misrepresentation)
  • Results-driven mindset and able to bring results quickly (we provide all sales enablement material)
  • You must have your own Upwork profile, and we’ll add you as an agency member to our Upwork agency.

Compensation

  • Market competitive + 5% commission on closed deals
  • Since projects are high-ticket, even one successful client per month can significantly boost your income
  • Long-term collaboration opportunities, and getting a promotion as a sales manager in case you meet quarterly goals for two consecutive quarters
  • If you got the good of a closer, you can also get promoted to that role to double up your commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
