Job Title = Business Development Executive ( United states )

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients and business partners
• Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally
• Support lead generation and pipeline management efforts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal (non-negotiable)
• U.S. accent or neutral accent strongly preferred
• 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferred)
• Based in Lahore — must be able to commute to office daily
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone/email etiquette
• Ability to conduct interviews — experience in interviewing candidates or clients is a plus
