We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development (US Shift) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in the digital marketing services.

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing services.
Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions aligned with their business goals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare weekly business reports.
Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing or IT services company).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a target-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in US shift timings and from the Noida, Sector 63 office.
