The ideal candidate has a proven track record in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and developing long-term business relationships within the real estate sector.

• Strong understanding of property markets, investment models, and deal structures.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and close high value deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships across the real estate ecosystem.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use real estate.
• Existing network within the local real estate community.
• Knowledge of zoning, permitting, and development processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
