Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development/Bidder specializing in freelancing platforms. The position is based in Lahore. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, crafting proposals, and submitting bids on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms. Additionally, maintaining excellent client relationships and providing outstanding customer service will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and create strategies for successful bids
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and draft persuasive proposals
• Experience in lead generation and exploring freelancing platforms for potential clients
• Proficiency in market research to analyze industry trends and competitors
• Customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines effectively
• Experience working on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in CS ,IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
