We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored technical service solutions.

This is a part-time, commission-based position, ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong network and a passion for business development. The selected candidate will actively generate leads, secure clients, and promote the company’s services to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Prepare and present customized service proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals successfully
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
  • Track and report sales activities to management

Key Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of services such as wall painting, AC ducting, carpentry, and pest control is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
