Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Online Economics & Business Studies Teacher to support students preparing for international curricula including IGCSE, O-Level, and A-Level. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, familiarity with international syllabi, and the ability to deliver engaging, exam-focused online lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality online Economics & Business Studies lessons aligned with IGCSE, O-Level, and A-Level curricula.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, case studies, and teaching materials based on syllabus requirements.
• Develop students’ understanding of key concepts such as market structures, business operations, finance, and economic systems.
• Train students in data analysis, case study evaluation, and exam-answer writing techniques.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive, regular feedback.
• Conduct assessments, mock exams, and targeted revision sessions.
• Maintain a professional, engaging, and supportive online classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching IGCSE / O-Level / A-Level Economics and/or Business Studies.
• Strong understanding of international examination boards (Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel).
• Experience delivering online classes using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain theoretical and real-world business/economic concepts clearly.
• Strong command of English language.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional online teaching setup.
