Design and embed a group-wide Business Excellence system that improves performance, builds execution discipline, and drives continuous improvement across operations and support functions - without overlapping with TQM, ISO, compliance, or audit.
This role acts as the performance engine for operational excellence and sustainable improvement.
1. Key Responsibilities A. Business Excellence Framework & Governance
- Design and develop the Group Business Excellence model and maturity roadmap.
- Establish governance frameworks and standards for continuous improvement and performance initiatives across subsidiaries.
- Define standards, review mechanisms, and improvement governance routines.
- Ensure alignment between Business Excellence initiatives and group strategy priorities.
- Lead cross-group benchmarking and maturity tracking against industry standards (e.g., WCM, EFQM, and best-in-class operational models) to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and monitor progress.
B. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Lead and govern Continuous Improvement programs across the group.
- Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence initiatives aligned to value creation.
- Identify productivity, cost, and efficiency opportunities across operations and support functions.
- Ensure initiatives are business owned, measurable, and sustained.
C. Performance Management System
- Design, govern and maintain performance measurement architecture across subsidiaries.
- Define KPI hierarchies aligned to strategy and annual plans.
- Support performance review routines (monthly/quarterly reviews, dashboards, gap analysis).
- Ensure consistent reporting standards across entities.
D4. Operational & Supply Chain Excellence
- Support operational productivity improvement initiatives across manufacturing and distribution.
- Drive supply chain excellence initiatives including planning, cost to serve, inventory optimization, and service level improvements.
- Coordinate cross entity benchmarking and best practice replication.
E. Capability Building & Culture
- Develop internal capability in CI, Lean, Six Sigma, and performance management.
- Coach subsidiary teams and CI champions.
- Support performance culture and accountability discipline across the group.

- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or large operations environments
- Bachelor's degree required- Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain preferred
- EFQM Assessor or Business Excellence certification - Preferred
- World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Supply Chain Excellence - Preferred
