Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Executive / Business Manager with strong experience in the shipping and maritime industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and supporting operational and commercial strategies within the maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the shipping and maritime industry
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
• Coordinate with operations, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
• Support strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in Shipping / Maritime industry
• Proven experience in a Business Executive, Business Development, or Managerial role
• Strong understanding of maritime operations, shipping services, or logistics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Maritime or shipping domain experience is mandatory

Location & Availability

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Available to join within one month
