Job Title: Business & Finance Analyst

Location: Huntsville, Alabama/Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time
Clearance Required: Active or previously held Secret Clearance preferred

Roles and responsibilities:

Look up new contract opportunities on SAM.gov, GSA, and other government sites.
Keep track of opportunities in a simple BD pipeline report or dashboard.
Work with operations team to gather teaming agreements, NDAs, and subcontractor info.
Do basic research on competitors and industry updates to support strategy.
Coordinate with project managers to plan resources for bids.
Help the proposal team with pricing, cost sheets, and basic financial models.
Help make sure the company meets small business compliance rules (subcontracting and set-aside requirements).

Finance & Operations Responsibilities

Collect, review, and analyze project financial data (budgets, costs, indirect rates, etc.).
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline reporting for contracts.
Monitor contract burn rates and funding levels; flag risks of cost overruns.
Prepare reports for DCAA/DCMA audits and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
Support monthly/quarterly financial close process and project reconciliations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business development tools.

U.S. citizenship is required.
