Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Business Finance Manager at Switch Lending Group, located in Glendale, AZ, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The Business Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, developing business strategies, managing financial reporting, and conducting in-depth analytical assessments to drive organizational decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective financial plans that align with the company’s goals and ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Business Planning, and strategic decision-making
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting, including understanding of financial statements and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications preferred)
• Prior experience in business finance, consulting, or a similar role is highly desirable not required
