Your Role as a Broker

Your job is simple: meet, greet, and inform business owners about this resource. That's it. You don't sell, negotiate, or need any special licensing. Once you refer a business owner and submit their application, our team takes over and handles everything through funding.

When they fund, you get paid — typically within 2 to 5 days.

For the Leaders & Agency Builders

If you have a network, know how to talk to people, or have experience building teams — this is where the real opportunity expands.

As a Manager / Local Team Builder, you can recruit and mentor other brokers in your area or network. When your team closes deals, you can earn an average override of $200–$500 per funded deal on top of your own production.
