CompensationBase Salary

$30,000 per year

Commission Structure

• 5% commission on the first 4 systems sold per month (paid for 12 months)
• 7.5% commission on systems sold over 4 per month (paid for 12 months)
• $250 one-time bonus for each client that adds Lead Generation Services
• Uncapped earnings

Earnings Examples

Minimum Performance Requirement: 4 New Systems Per Month

This is the minimum standard for the position.

Assuming 33% mix across our 3 systems ($395, $695, $1,295/month)
And 50% of clients add Lead Generation Services

4 Sales Per Month (Minimum Required Performance)

• $28,896 commission
• $30,000 base
• $58,896 total annual income

Just hitting minimum expectations puts you well over $50,000 per year.

6 Sales Per Month

• $49,068 commission
• $30,000 base
• $79,068 total annual income

8 Sales Per Month

• $69,240 commission
• $30,000 base
• $99,240 total annual income

High performers can exceed six figures.

This role rewards activity and consistency.

What This Role Requires

This is NOT an inbound order-taker position.

This requires disciplined weekly activity and strong outbound effort.

You must be comfortable with:

• High-volume cold calling
• Email outreach
• LinkedIn prospecting
• Social media engagement
• Daily CRM usage and pipeline tracking
• Booking and conducting in-person meetings
• Weekly networking events
• Local Chamber of Commerce involvement
• Groups like BNI and other referral organizations
• Building long-term strategic referral relationships

This is a production role.

Activity → Appointments → Closes → Income.
