• Assist in preparing proposals and follow-ups
• Maintain basic business records and reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT services / client handling / business operations
• Experience working with IT services or software solutions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks
