What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and generate New Business Opportunities across B2B, startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
• Drive the Full Sales Cycle:

- Lead Generation → Discovery → Solution Pitch → Proposal → Closing
- Custom Websites, WordPress & eCommerce Solutions
- CRM Systems & Business Automation
- AI Solutions (Chatbots, Automation, Data Systems)
- Custom Software & SaaS Platforms

• Conduct Client Meetings, Demos, and Presentations with confidence
• Collaborate with the Technical Team to scope and propose accurate solutions
• Build long-term relationships for Upselling and Repeat Business
• Consistently Meet and Exceed Monthly Revenue Targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years Experience in IT / software / digital services sales
• Proven ability to Close Deals ($3K – $50K+)
• Strong understanding of Web, CRM, or AI Solutions (technical awareness required)
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Highly Self-driven, Target-oriented, and comfortable in a Performance-based Environment
• Ability to Sell value, not just price
