We’re Hiring: Business Growth & Partnerships Manager

At SEMICIRCLE, we design and build premium exhibition booths and brand environments for leading businesses. We are now expanding our client base and looking for a high-performing Business Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead our business acquisition efforts and strengthen long-term client relationships.
This is a senior, client-facing growth role for someone who is confident, articulate, and commercially sharp — capable of engaging with decision-makers and converting opportunities into long-term business.
What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients across relevant industries
- Conduct structured cold outreach via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and long-term clients
2. Client Meetings & Deal Closure
- Attend client meetings (on-site and virtual) with professionalism and confidence
- Present SEMICIRCLE’s portfolio, services, and project capabilities
- Understand client requirements and lead discussions toward closure
- Represent the company in a polished and corporate manner
3. Strategic Partnerships
- Develop relationships with corporate partners
- Identify collaboration opportunities that generate recurring business
- Expand SEMICIRCLE’s presence in new markets and sectors
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and communication throughout the sales cycle
- Act as a key point of contact for important business accounts
5. Pipeline Ownership
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead tracking
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, conversions, and business growth insights
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate client handling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident in cold calling and high-level client conversations
- Comfortable attending client meetings and representing a brand professionally
- Strong follow-up discipline across multiple communication channels
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
- CRM experience is a plus

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
