Business Growth Officer – Requirements Document1. Role Overview

The Business Growth Officer will be responsible for driving revenue expansion, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and optimising sales processes across the organisation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, communication fluency, and operational discipline to support the company’s long‑term growth roadmap.

2. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
  • Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in bidding, sales, or business development.

3. Core Competencies

3.1 Sales & Acquisition

  • Ability to identify, qualify, and convert high‑intent leads.
  • Skilled in negotiating deals and maintaining strong profit margins.
  • Experience preparing proposals, bids, and sales documents.
  • Capable of handling objections and managing client expectations.

3.2 Communication & Relationship Management

  • Confident communicator with clear presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage clients across international markets.
  • Strong follow‑up discipline and lead nurturing capability.
  • Comfortable with both written briefs and live calls.

3.3 Process & Systems

  • Understanding of lead pipelines, sales stages, and conversion funnels.
  • Ability to maintain data accuracy and performance reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
