Job Summary

As our Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth strategies for our portfolio of businesses. Reporting directly to the owner you'll analyze performance, uncover new revenue streams, build strategic partnerships, and drive scalable initiatives that increase profitability and market presence across multiple companies. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who loves variety, strategic thinking, and turning opportunities into results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of each business's performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
  • Develop and implement tailored growth strategies, including new customer acquisition, product/service expansion, upselling/cross-selling, and entry into new markets.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and referral networks to support portfolio-wide expansion.
  • Collaborate with individual business managers and the owner to align initiatives, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) across businesses and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead or support marketing, sales, and digital initiatives to boost visibility and customer engagement.
  • Research emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices to keep the portfolio ahead of the curb.
  • Assist with potential acquisitions, new business launches, or diversification efforts if needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $31.43 per hour
