We are looking for a driven and target-oriented
Business Growth Specialist
to expand our client base, generate qualified leads, and close high-value deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and understands how to sell value-based digital services.

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to PKR 170,000/month + Commission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
-
Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram advertising) to support lead generation and outreach
-
Responsible for handling the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
-
Strong understanding of pipeline management
-
Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking software (Apollo, Smartlead, etc.)
-
Strong research skills to identify prospects and market opportunities
-
Basic understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, or service-based sales is a plus
-
Prior experience in remote sales or international client handling
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a relevant commerce discipline

1–3 years of experience in business development or sales

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies

E-commerce industry experience is required

Understanding of Amazon services, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred
-
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
