ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Growth Specialist to expand our client base, generate qualified leads, and close high-value deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and understands how to sell value-based digital services.


WORK SETUP
  • Position: Business Growth Specialist
  • Location: Paragon City, Lahore
  • Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to PKR 170,000/month + Commission


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram advertising) to support lead generation and outreach
  • Responsible for handling the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking software (Apollo, Smartlead, etc.)
  • Strong research skills to identify prospects and market opportunities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, or service-based sales is a plus
  • Prior experience in remote sales or international client handling


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a relevant commerce discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies
  • E-commerce industry experience is required
  • Understanding of Amazon services, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
