Business Growth & Strategy Manager

Tech Care is a growing technology service company in Qatar focused on mobile, device, and corporate tech solutions. We are looking for a strong growth leader who can think, plan, and execute to drive company expansion. 

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute company growth strategies

- Create monthly and quarterly business plans

- Improve sales conversion rates and enquiry handling

- Build B2B and corporate partnerships

- Analyze sales data, FSM reports, and performance metrics

- Introduce new services, packages, and revenue ideas

- Coordinate with marketing, field teams, and office staff

- Track KPIs and report directly to the CEO

- Ensure systems, follow-ups, and processes are followed

Requirements

- MBA is mandatory

- Proven experience in business development or growth roles

- Strong strategic thinking and execution mindset

- Ability to analyze numbers and make decisions

- Experience in Qatar market is a plus

- Leadership and accountability mindset

- Excellent communication skills

- Must be office-based 

Important Notes 

- This is not a field sales role

- Field visits only for approved corporate meetings

- 3-month probation with clear performance KPIs
