Job Title: Business Development - Head

Experience Required: 8 Plus years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for the Indian exhibition market.
- Identify new business opportunities with corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition booths.
- Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking meetings to represent Whimsical Events and identify potential leads.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Present and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts with clients.
- Report regularly to management on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales/business development within the exhibition booth design and construction industry (mandatory).
- Strong client network across major exhibition cities such as Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing large-scale exhibition projects.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and exhibitions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
