Business Head/ Regional Head - Real Estate

We are looking for high-impact Sales Leaders to take ownership of entire business units with full P&L responsibility.
We are hiring multiple Business Heads – Sales who can build, lead, and scale revenue engines across markets.
This role is for you if you:

• Thrive in hardcore sales environments
• Have led large sales teams & channel networks
• Can drive revenue, not just manage teams
• Understand real estate / developer sales cycles
• Are passionate about closing, scaling, and winning markets
• Sales leadership & channel management
• Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive top-line revenue & P&L
• Build and scale broker/channel & direct sales teams
• Lead developer partnerships & inventory acquisition
• Execute aggressive sales strategies to dominate markets
• Deliver consistent monthly & quarterly closures

What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong background in UAE real estate / high-ticket sales
✔ Proven track record of multi-million revenue targets
✔ Strong leadership in broker networks & direct sales
✔ Hustler mindset with strong execution focus
✔ Mandatory: Prior UAE real estate market experience
