Key Responsibilities of Business HR:

Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding processes.

Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and recognition programs.

Training & Development: Identify training needs, implement programs, and manage career development.

Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives, resolve conflicts, and promote company culture.

HR Administration: Ensure compliance with policies, maintain employee records, and generate HR metrics reports.

Strategic HR Support: Provide HR guidance to leadership, support workforce planning, and manage change initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
