Business Immigration Attorney

Wildes & Weinberg, P.C., a prestigious immigration law firm with its headquarters in New York City, is looking to fill a Business Immigration Attorney position within our Talent Visa Team in our Miami (Aventura) office. The ideal candidate will possess experience conducting client consultations and assessments for different nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options, and must have working knowledge of nonimmigrant visas (O-1, P-1, etc.), and a good understanding of immigrant visas (EB-1, EB-2 NIW, etc.).

The candidate will support Partners and Senior Associates in a wide array of immigration processes across various business case types, with a focus on O-1/EB-1 visas. The candidate will also be expected to prepare petitions for filing and assist with consular appointment scheduling, as needed. Must have experience in the immigration field, particularly with O-1 visas, as well as a strong academic record and the ability to work well with a team.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelors degree.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the Bar of any State.
• Candidate with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong lawyer with great communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced high volume environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
