Business Immigration Paralegal (experienced)

We are seeking a career-minded experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working independently, and passionate about immigration law. This is not a remote position; some in-office presence is required.

Position Duties:

• Prepare and file well-documented immigration petitions, with an emphasis on petitions that require extensive writing (O petitions, L petitions, EB-1 petitions, national interest waiver cases, etc.)
• Draft and file DHS/USCIS/DOL applications, forms, supporting documents, and cover letters
• Conduct research and write detailed support letters and organize exhibits for large filings
• Communicate with HR, employees, and family members to gather necessary information and required materials
• Follow up with clients and government agencies as needed
• Respond to client inquiries
• Perform some administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
• Minimum 2 years of business immigration experience
• Experience with petitions that require extensive writing, including O petitions, L petitions, and EB-1 petitions
• Strong writing, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Computer savvy; familiarity with INSZoom and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Excellent oral communication and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
