Position Overview
TechSolve is hiring a Business Impact Manager to champion growth and operational excellence across manufacturers in Southwest Ohio. You’ll work directly with manufacturers to uncover what’s truly holding them back—whether it’s production bottlenecks, workforce constraints, compliance pressure, or missed efficiency opportunities. Your role is to earn trust, guide clients through a consultative process, and help them make smarter business decisions with lasting impact.
This is a high-value role at the intersection of strategy, sales, and operational insight. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building long-term relationships with manufacturers across Butler, Brown, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren Counties.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage manufacturers across the assigned territory, building new opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic prospecting (cold calls, referrals, etc.).
- Build rapport and foster long-term relationships by earning trust through consultative conversations and active listening.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve quarterly/annual goals for client engagements and revenue generation.
- Own the sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to proposal development, client engagement, and post-sale support.
- Assess operational and business challenges, quantify potential financial impact, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM and sales processes, keeping pipeline activity, relationship mapping, and forecasting up to date.
- Travel regularly to meet manufacturers face-to-face and maintain a strong presence across the region.
Other Responsibilities Include
- Represent TechSolve at industry events, community gatherings, and partner meetings to strengthen visibility and connections.
- Support project delivery by attending kickoffs, milestone meetings, and staying involved to ensure successful client outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, events, and outreach efforts that support lead generation and business development.
- Work closely with internal technical consultants and external partners to define and deliver measurable solutions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of consultative sales, business development, or client engagement (manufacturing or B2B preferred).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assess operational and financial impact
- Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM usage (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Ability to travel regularly across the seven-county region
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Familiarity with Sandler or other consultative sales methodologies (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
