Business Information Analyst

Overview:-

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Business Information Analyst to join our team. The Business Information Analyst will be responsible for conducting discreet telephonic inquiries with various organizations to gather comprehensive operational and financial information. This role requires adeptness in navigating through online resources to identify and contact relevant personnel within targeted organizations. Additionally, the Business Information Analyst will conduct structured interviews with senior management to ensure the acquisition of authentic and detailed insights. The gathered data will then be compiled and analyzed in collaboration with Production and Quality Control teams to produce insightful business information reports.

Responsibilities:-

• Conduct discreet telephonic inquiries with targeted organizations to gather detailed operational and financial information.
• Utilize internet and media searches to identify and reach out to appropriate contacts within organizations.
• Interview senior management personnel to obtain comprehensive insights into the organization’s operations and financial health.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality Control teams to compile and analyze gathered data.
• Generate accurate and insightful business information reports based on analyzed data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during data collection and reporting.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conducting telephonic inquiries or market research.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using online resources for research and data collection.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Prior experience in financial analysis or business reporting is preferred.
