Business Intelligence Analyst

The Balance Scorecard & Automation/ Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the completion of automation projects ensuring these projects are on time, on budget and within scope. And should align the company strategy with department and Individuals goals, keep all data available to the concerned departments to be able identifying opportunities and threats for the business, and derive conclusions from the data. Through these conclusions, to be able to assist companies in making smarter business decisions based upon the data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Organizing a project team to perform the project.
• Controlling time management for the automation project
• Managing deliverables for the automation project
• Monitoring progress for the automation project
• Update all automated business on BSC system on monthly basis.
• Developed project plans including understanding resources and requirements, project scope, data mapping, defining the business process and project schedule.
• Full responsibility for implementation, maintains, monitoring of Balanced Scorecard System.
• Design and Implement scorecards using (Power Bi – Microsoft Bi Dashboard) for All employees on BSC.
• Create full Documentation for all business on BSC System.
• Create BSC documentation through development process using all tools (BSC monthly process through programs (SQL, Visual Studio, BI Dashboard Designer) and BSC Process through SharePoint).
• Create user material to help using BSC in best ways.
• Supporting top management in decision making with highly detailed analysis covering all business KPIs and Incentive Scheme.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant.
• Special Certification or Training Required:

· Business Analysis.

· Database Knowledge.

· Microsoft Business Intelligence Tools.

· Microsoft Power Bi

· SQL Server Management Studio.

· Visual Studio using “DAX” Queries.

· Microsoft Analysis service.

• Technological Requirements:

· Advanced MS Excel

· Very Good Knowledge in SQL Server Management Studio

· Very Good Knowledge in Visual Studio “Tabular Projects”

· Very Good Knowledge in SharePoint Administrator

· Very Good Knowledge in Microsoft Business Intelligent Tools

· Very Good Knowledge in MS Visio Diagram

• Required years of experience : Minimum 3 years
• Language Requirements: Excellent command of English.
