- Monitor data quality and pipeline health; investigate and resolve data discrepancies proactively.
- Document data definitions, business logic, and report methodology to support self-service analytics.
- Present findings and dashboard walk-throughs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development and governance of a centralized data model and semantic layer.
- 3+ years of experience in a BI, data analytics, or reporting analyst role.
- Advanced SQL skills — comfortable with window functions, CTEs, subqueries, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade Power BI reports, including knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data model design.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex findings into plain-language narratives.
Competencies preferred:
- Python proficiency for data manipulation and automation (pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries).
