Business Intelligence Analyst

Overview

Job Details:


Review call center performance metrics and prepare regular analytical reports to evaluate operational results.

Track key performance indicators and perform periodic analysis to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

Develop management, performance, and compliance reports for assigned processes according to established procedures and timelines.

Provide data driven insights to internal teams to support informed decision making.

Participate in training sessions requested by clients and provide analytical support when required.

Ensure all reporting data is accurate, well organized, and clearly presented for management use.

Assist in maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of performance metrics.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting insights.

Job Experience Requirements


Student or graduate in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum one year of experience in a similar analytical or reporting role.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, along with basic knowledge of databases and SQL.

Ability to handle data accurately and deliver reports within deadlines.

Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
