Business Intelligence Architect

E-logic is seeking a Business Intelligence Architect to support the Data Mart Program from Indian Health Service (IHS). In this role, you will apply high-level technical expertise in public health informatics, business intelligence tools (Qlik Sense, QlikView), and quantitative data methods to support large-scale surveillance, analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and optimize enterprise-level Business Intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView.
• Integrate data from heterogeneous health information systems and relational databases for agency-wide analytics and reporting.
• Apply data mining, decision science, and information retrieval methods to public health datasets.
• Collaborate with project managers, federal leads, and technical teams to align analytics tools with strategic agency objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven expertise in Business Intelligence and Business Analytics tools, specifically Qlik Sense and QlikView.
• Experience working with federal health systems, Medical/Public Health Informatics, or population health metrics.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and health database architectures.
• Must be able to obtain pre-clearance and pass a federal background investigation (fingerprints & credit check).
