We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team in Lancaster. This role serves as a key link between our data infrastructure and the business, turning complex information into clear, useful insights that guide decisions across the company. This position is hybrid, with an expectation of being in the office about three days per week as part of our flexible work environment.
You’ll build reporting tools, analyze internal data, and partner closely with teams to make sure everyone has the information they need to track performance and reach their goals. We’re looking for someone naturally curious, who enjoys solving problems and using data to tell the story behind what’s happening in the business.
What You’ll Do
Design and maintain Power BI models and dashboards that serve as our “single source of truth” for business reporting.
Analyze internal data to spot trends, answer business questions, and support team goals with clear, data-driven insights.
Share findings clearly, helping team members and leaders understand what the data means and how to act on it.
Manage incoming data requests, making sure stakeholders get what they need accurately and on time.
Collaborate across teams to define data needs, validate accuracy, and test new datasets—acting as the “first customer” for new data sources.
Support our self-service data culture by documenting data models, defining clear terms, and helping others use Power BI confidently.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data engineering.
Strong Power BI skills, including Power Query and DAX; comfortable doing ad-hoc analysis in Excel.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid business sense.
Clear, collaborative communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others use data effectively.
Bonus points for: Familiarity with the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, experience with R or Python, and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
