Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing data, generating insights, and helping the organization make data-driven decisions. The BI Analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide actionable reports and visualizations that support business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to ensure that BI initiatives align with business objectives.
• Maintain and optimize BI systems, databases, and reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and BI best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a BI Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis, including proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud BI tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, AWS QuickSight).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
