Business Intelligence (BI) Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Executive with strong command over Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience in business analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, developing dashboards, automating reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Advanced Excel and BI tools.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

Create interactive dashboards and visual reports for management review.

Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Support business teams with ad-hoc data analysis and insight generation.

Ensure data accuracy, validation, and integrity across reporting systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.

Present analytical findings in a clear and structured format to stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification in Excel / Business Analytics / Power BI (preferred).

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, MIS, or Data Analytics role.

Experience handling large data sets and management reporting.
