Business Intelligence & Systems Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Business Intelligence & Systems Analyst to join our team. This role bridges our core business systems — including property management, CRM, collections, and communication platforms — and transforms raw operational data into actionable insight. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple software platforms, analyzing data, improving reporting, and helping build smarter internal tools and automations through modern AI-assisted development workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyze and interpret data from multiple platforms including TimeshareWare, TrackResults, ConcordApps, and Quo to support business decisions.

· Download, clean, and transform raw data exports into structured Excel reports, visual summaries, and operational dashboards.

· Perform cross-system analysis, such as correlating loan trial balance data with collection call activity to identify and prioritize delinquent accounts.

· Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training manuals for internal software systems and reporting workflows.

· Build and maintain internal web applications using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, with automated testing support through Playwright.

· Develop automated workflows, including API integrations between platforms, to reduce manual reporting and improve process efficiency.

· Analyze customer call transcripts using AI tools to identify dissatisfaction trends and flag accounts at risk of cancellation.

· Collaborate with management to define reporting requirements and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

· Continuously review and improve existing data processes for accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in data analysis, business analysis, systems support, or a related field.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data transformation, reporting, and charting.

· Ability to work with REST APIs and understand data flow between software platforms.

· Experience with software quality assurance, systems testing, or data validation.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to document complex processes clearly.

· Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with timeshare, property management, hospitality, collections, or financial services software.

· Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar platforms.

· Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright.

· Knowledge of web application development concepts and lightweight internal tool design.

· Background in QA engineering, software testing methodology, or systems implementation.

· Experience working with collections, delinquency, or loan servicing data.
