The Denver, Colorado office of Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 600 attorneys in 18 offices and 9 states plus Washington D.C. seeks an attorney with 5-10 years of construction experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group. This position may be considered an associate or counsel-level role, depending on an applicant’s experience and qualifications. Desired experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex construction and construction-related contracts across all project delivery methods (including design-bid-build, design-build, CM-at-risk, and EPC) for all building types, as well as advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms such as AIA and ConsensusDocs is highly valued. Applicants must also have a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
The salary range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $210,000–$250,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
