Business Litigation Associate

Must be a licensed Florida attorney. Job duties will include legal research; pleadings, motions, and discovery; depositions and examinations under oath; and rendering opinions on liability, damages and the value of a case, corporate governance, acquisitions, contract drafting and review, corporate finance, succession planning, and related. 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
